Shattuckite is a moderately rare copper silicate mineral. It can come in dark or light blue, or turquoise. It was first discovered in 1915 in the copper mines of Bisbee, Arizona, specifically the Shattuck Mine.
Chrysocolla is a sharply colored mineral which can be among the brightest shade of blue and green, and is caused by its copper content. Chrysocolla is often coated by a druzy layer of glossy clear Quartz, or intergrown together with the Quartz.
